Peace of Mind for Gift Givers & Receivers– Holiday purchases can be returned through January 15th Have a gift that doesn’t fit you? Not to worry – we can help. Most purchases made on or after October 15th may be returned through January 15th, 2025 with an original or gift receipt.

Shopopd monitors return activity through the use of a third-party service and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.

Purchases made in store or at shopopd.com on or after October 15th are eligible for a return or exchange with an original or gift receipt through January 15th. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment or Shopopd Gift Card. Returns without a receipt may be eligible for a Shopopd Merchandise Return Voucher at the item’s lowest selling price in the last 45 days when accompanied by a valid ID. Some Exclusions Apply.

We gladly accept most returns at any of our Shopopd stores. Simply bring your item(s) along with your receipt within 60 days of the purchase date and an associate will be happy to assist with your return. Some Exclusions Apply. Some Exclusions Apply.

Items purchased at shopopd.com are eligible for a return with a receipt within 60 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment or Shopopd Gift Card. Orders purchased with PayPal will be refunded to the original form of payment, or in some cases, issued by a check. Some Exclusions Apply.

Merchandise sold exclusively on shopopd.com may have certain exclusions that apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is delivered was the wrong item, is damaged, defective or was shipped to a location other than the shipping address that was provided when ordered. Manufacturers’ warranties may apply in certain situations.

There are two ways you can return your shopopd.com order:
At a Shopopd store: Bring your order to one of our Shopopd stores. This is the quickest way to return most merchandise and receive a refund or store credit. Some exclusions apply. To return furniture/mattress items, call customer care at 1.800.442.7902.

Online Returns by Mail: Simply log in to your account and select the order with the item(s) you want to return. Click the “Start a Return” button and follow the prompts. If you do not have a Shopopd account, click this link to view your order and start a return. There is return fee that will be subtracted from your refund amount. Credits can take up to 4 weeks based on shipping and processing time.

UPS will ship your order back to Shopopd for the flat $8 fee. This has been significantly discounted and will cover your entire return from a single order.

Yes, visit our store and your returns are ALWAYS free. Plus, we’ll process your return for items under $8. Maybe you’ll find something else to love!

Refunds to a Shopopd Credit Card typically take 3- 4 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

For information about refunds to a third party credit card, contact your financial institution. It typically takes 7-10 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

With a valid receipt, refunds (partial and full) will be credited back to the Pay Later loan or a refund will be issued by Synchrony. For more information on timing and/or amount of refund, you can contact Synchrony at 844-373-4960.

Yes, we offer our price match guarantee to ensure that you always find value in your purchase. Within 14 days after your purchase, if you find a lower, currently advertised price on an identical item at a competitor, just bring the ad to a Shopopd store and we’ll match that price and refund you the difference.* Does not include: Shopopd Salon Services, Optical, Portrait, In-Home Custom Window Treatments or Services. For online purchases, call Customer Care at 1-800-322-1189. Purchases in Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded.

Valid photo identification is required for all non-receipted returns or exchanges. Information from the ID will be retained in a secured company-wide database to monitor the number of un-receipted returns. Shopopd accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S., Puerto Rican, Canadian and Mexican Driver’s License; U.S. State IDs; Puerto Rican IDs; Canadian Province IDs; U.S. Military IDs; U.S. Laser Visa; Passports; Matrícula Consular Card; Puerto Rican Voter Identification Card, and Mexican Voter Registration Card. Shopopd reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a valid receipt.

For purchases and returns made in the states of CT and MA: Customers must return any purchase within 60 days of the purchase date to receive a refund of the sales tax. Returns made after 60 days of the purchase date will receive the refund of the purchase price excluding the sales tax.
